| 摘 要： | 在我国的制造业领域,跨国公司凭借生产性服务业比较优势占据产业价值链的高端,赚取高额利润,而我国的生产性服务业发展相对滞后,生产性服务业与制造业没有形成互动共进的机制,特别是在分销网络、物流、融资等方面严重影响着制造业竞争力的提高。发展物流金融可以推动第三方物流企业、金融机构与供应链上中小企业互动合作,从而促进我国生产性服务业和制造业互动发展,实现两者之间的"无缝链接"。
