全球价值链下江苏计算机产业升级路径研究

本论文研究的主要目标是在承接国际产业转移以及生产国际化的条件下,应如何发挥加工贸易在新型工业化下的战略作用,促进加工贸易进一步扩大规模、加长产业链、提高本地采购率、加快技术进步与产业升级,从而充分发挥跨国公司的技术外溢效应,带动当地相关产业的技术进步与产业升级,提升江苏计算机产业竞争力。然后,对全球价值链理论需进一步研究的问题及其对江苏OEM企业与产业集群嵌入全球价值链实现产业升级方面的启示进行了探讨。

Research on Upgrading Paths of Jiangsu's Computer Industry Embedding Global Value Chains

The main purpose of this paper is how to play the strategical role of processing trade to boost the course of new industrialization on the background of international industry transferring and producing internationalization by extending the scale of the processing trade,lengthening the industrial chain,improving the native rate of stocking,quickening the technical progress and industrial upgrade and fully utilize the technological spillover effect of transnational corporations,thus facilitating technological progress and industrial upgrading in related domestic industries and enhancing Jiangsu's computer industry competitiveness.Furthermore,it does some research on the issues needing further study and the implications of embedding GVC to achieve industrial upgrading of Jiangsu OEM enterprises and industrial clusters.
