| Abstract: | Organization culture is a system of theory assumption, core values, principles of conduct and models of conduct which is shared by organization members. Organization culture gives an impetus to long-term development of organization and corporation by culture power. The essay is based on reality to investigate the different scales of organization and the interrelationship with state enterprise. In addition, the essay demonstrates the impetus of organization to the development of enterprise through the sample . |
