摘    要:
本文以制度分析为基础 ,基于转型经济中组织角色转型与重构的重要性 ,着力研究市场组织理论及中国市场组织层级结构的建构问题。在区别制度与组织概念内涵的同时 ,揭示了制度与组织之间的互动关系 ,沿此线索 ,对价格制度的本质———有组织的市场交易进行了开拓性的探索。并通过对市场组织演进的历史进程的分析 ,揭示了市场组织的层级结构关系 ,在此基础上 ,提出了在中国转型过程中 ,市场上层组织的建构与培育的重要性及迫切性。这一理论分析视角 ,对丰富转型经济理论有着积极意义。

Abstract:
This paper devotes itself to the study of market organization theory and the building of the level framework of China's market organization, revealing the interactive relationship between organization and institution. Following the leads, it makes an innovative probe into the essence of price system, the organizational market transaction. And, through the analysis on the process of the historical changes of market organization, it reveals the relationship among the structural levels. On the basis of this, pointed out are the importance and urgentness of building and cultivating the upper market organization during China's transformation period. It is of positive significance for enriching the organization economic theory to make the theoretical analysis in such respective.
