| 摘 要： | 前向联系是跨国公司向东道国本土企业发生技术溢出的重要渠道。通过对珠海外商投资企业基于前向联系的技术溢出状况分析,并阐述其技术溢出的特征及其存在的问题,由此提出了促进其技术溢出效果的相关对策。
