The Relationship between the Paternalistic Leadership of CEOs and the Behavioral Integration of Enterprise Top Management Team

With the help of building the theoretical model of the relationship between the paternalistic leadership of CEOs and the behavioral integration of enterprises top management team and carry out test on it,the authors analyze the relationship between the behavioral integration of enterprises top management team and the three dimensions of the paternalistic leadership of CEOs,such as authoritarian,benevolent and moral leadership.It shows that the first type of leadership will exert negative effect on the behavioral integration of enterprise top management team,while the others will exert significant positive effect.
