| 摘 要： | 农产品价格上涨是近一轮物价上涨的主因,控制好农产品价格是稳定物价的关键。农产品流通中过高的制度性成本、物流成本和市场管理成本等流通成本是导致农产品价格上涨的主要因素,本文深入分析了农产品流通补贴的可行性,认为不应取消流通环节补贴政策的支持,流通补贴对稳定农产品价格,抑制通货膨胀有重要的作用和意义,应该将我国的农业财政补贴向流通领域倾斜,加大对农产品流通环节的农业财政补贴政策的力度。

| Abstract: | The rising prices of agricultural products are the main reason for pushing CPI index high,so the key to stabilize prices is to control the prices of agricultural products.In the circulation field,high circulation costs,including institutional cost,logistics cost and the cost of market management,lead to a sustained rise in the price of agricultural products.In this paper,the feasibility of circulation subsidies is deeply analyzed.It is believed that agricultural subsidies should not be abolished in the circulation field,and agricultural subsidies in circulation field are of great significance in stabilizing agricultural products price and curbing inflation.Our government should strengthen subsidies to circulation of agricultural products. |
