我国流通业发展现状、存在的问题及对策

经过六十多年的发展,我国流通业呈现产业规模不断扩大、主体和业态多样化、基础设施日趋完善、产业融合升级加快的趋势特点,对国民经济的综合贡献不断提高,但仍存在着比较突出的问题,主要包括高层重视不够,缺乏产业定位;政策歧视,市场分割;流通企业散小,集中度低,竞争力不强;流通理论研究滞后,无法满足实践需要;学科发展滞后,人才队伍培养有待提高等。为此,我们必须重视流通产业,明确产业定位;消除政策歧视,促进市场统一;提高市场集中度,增强流通竞争力;加强流通理论研究,引导流通企业健康发展;加强流通学科建设,培养流通人才队伍。

The Current Situation and Problems with the Development of Circulation Industry in China and the Countermeasures

After 60 years of development,we have made great achievements in the development of circulation industry in terms of the expanded scale,the diversified main players and type of operation,the improved infrastructure and the accelerated upgrade of industrial integration;and the comprehensive contribution of this industry to national economy has been increasingly improved.But there are still some problems with it,such as the inadequate attention from high level authorities,the lack of industrial positioning,the policy discrimination,market segmentation,the small scaled circulation enterprises,the low level of concentration,the not strong competitiveness,the lagged behind circulation theoretical research,the lagged behind development of this discipline,and the not improved talents cultivation.So,we should,first,pay more attention to the development of circulation industry and clarify the industrial positioning;second,we should eliminate policy discrimination and promote market unification;third,we should improve the level of market concentration and enhance circulation competitiveness;fourth,we should strengthen research of circulation theory and lead the health development of circulation enterprises;and fifth,we should strengthen the construction of this discipline and cultivate more talents for this industry.
