自主创新背景下的FDI技术溢出效应——以我国长三角地区为例

本文基于长三角地区2000年-2007年的统计数据，通过对外资引进现状的考察，建立面板数据模型来研究FDI技术外溢效应。实证分析表明，FDI在长三角地区存在显著的正向的技术外溢效应，长三角地区开放的市场环境和自主创新能力对FDI的技术外溢产生了正面影响。此外，具有高等教育水平的人力资本对FDI技术外溢效应的发挥有明显的促进作用，而具有中等教育水平的人力资本的作用较小且不显著。

FDI Spillovers Effect under the Background of Independent Innovation An Example of China' s Yangtze River Delta Region

This paper based on the statistics of the Yangtze River delta region from 2000 to 2007, by inspecting the situation of foreign capital and establishing a panel data model to study the FDI spillovers effect. The empirical analysis shows that there is an significant positive FDI spillovers effect in the Yangtze river delta region, its open market environment and the independent innovation ability have a positive influence on FDI spillovers effect, besides, the higher education level of human capital has a huge promoter action to FDI spiklovers effect, while the secondary education level of human capital has smaller effect and it＇ s not significant.
