当代教师失范行为的社会原因与对策

教师失范行为主要是由于社会转型时期社会价值观分化、道德判断标准的分化与混乱、教育现代化过程中的结构性矛盾、学校教育与其他类型教育的冲突、教师职业社会化的缺陷、教师社会地位的不一致等原因造成的。我们应该采取加强价值观引导力度、整合社会规范、完善社会监督与奖惩机制、提高教师职位的社会竞争力、完善教师职业社会化机制等一系列社会宏观控制策略,加以调控和解决。

To control these behaviors, the authorities should the co~fu- educations conducting the values to make a universal agreement, integrate the social norms, perfect the mechanism of social supervision, enhance the competitive power and improve the mechanism of teachers＇professional socialization.
