| 摘 要： | 中国房地产学术期刊影响力评价对促进房地产知识创新和扩散,引导学术评价意义重大。仅以影响因子将期刊进行排名并不能完全说明期刊价值,这里采用专家匿名投票法得出候选的重要房地产期刊,然后根据中国期刊引文数据库和门槛引用方法得出《城市规划》、《城市规划学刊》、《城市发展研究》与《中国土地科学》等13种期刊为中国房地产学术研究领域最重要的期刊。并与国际房地产期刊横向对比,中国房地产期刊存在数量多、质量一般、整体学术水平弱,发行不畅等问题,指出中国房地产学术期刊的发展方向。
