在对在线众包健康社区概念进行界定的基础上，分析了社区的众包主体和运行模式，进一步阐释了其运行机理，基于技术、组织和环境三因素框架和TAM(technology acceptance model)模型理论，探究影响在线众包健康社区采纳的技术、组织和环境因素，剖析其影响机制，最后建立在线众包健康社区采纳影响因素的技术、组织和环境框架模型。基于这一框架，以国内的壹点灵和壹心理心理健康平台和美国的BetterHelp心理健康平台为代表，进行了国内外案例比较分析，为后续研究奠定了基本的理论框架和现实依据。

A Study of the Factors Influencing the Adoption of Online Crowdsourcing Health Communities
