区域经济差距对黄河流域高质量发展的影响

要推进黄河流域高质量发展，需要缩小区域经济差距，促进区域协调发展。在厘清黄河流域高质量发展理论逻辑的基础上，实证分析区域经济差距对黄河流域高质量发展的影响，研究结果发现：黄河流域九省份经济高质量发展水平总体呈现波动上升的态势，但多数省份经济高质量发展水平较低；区域经济差距显著地阻碍了黄河流域高质量发展，同时在不同高质量发展水平下，区域经济差距对黄河流域高质量发展的抑制作用存在异质性。从缩小黄河流域经济差距的角度，提出促进黄河流域一体化发展，加大技术创新和人才引进力度，加快推进城镇化水平, 减少环境污染等建议。

Impact of Regional Economic Gap on High-quality Development of the Yellow River Basin

To promote high-quality development of the Yellow River basin, it is necessary to narrow the regional economic gap and promote regional coordinated development. On the basis of clarifying the theoretical logic of high-quality development in the Yellow River basin, the paper empirically analyzes the influence of regional economic gap on the highquality development of the Yellow River basin. The results show that the high-quality economic development level of the nine provinces in the Yellow River basin is fluctuating and rising, but the high-quality economic development level of most provinces is low. Regional economic disparity significantly hinders the high-quality development of the Yellow River basin. At the same time, the inhibition of regional economic disparity on the high-quality development of the Yellow River basin is heterogeneous under different levels of high-quality development. From the angle of narrowing the economic gap in the Yellow River basin, this paper puts forward that the integrated development of the Yellow River basin should be promoted, and the efforts of technological innovation and talents introduction should be strengthened, and the level of urbanization should be accelerated, and the environmental pollution should be reduced.
