| 摘 要： | 中部地区地处国土腹地,耕地面积大,人口众多,物产丰富、多样,水陆交通发达.在经济发展中,承东启西,处于吃力地位.中部崛起,一要充分发挥中部地区的综合区位优势;二要大力培育优势产业群;三要大力推进产业结构和经济结构调整工作;四要以农业产业化为核心,带动县域经济发展;五要以城市化为核心,促进经济都市圈的发展;六要全力推进政府体制改革和制度创新,提高工作效率.

| Abstract: | Middle area is in the middle of our country,the tillable area and number of people is large,the products are variety,the communication is developed.In the course of economy developing,it stands by a difficult area.In order to rise middle area,we should follow six points,as: first,develop middle area's comprehensive place advantage wholly;second,strengthen train advantaged industry group;third,promote adjusting industry construction and economic construction;fourth,make city as agriculture industrialize,develop county area economy;fifth, make city as core,promote developing economic city circle;sixth,wholly promote government systematic reform and innovation,increase working efficiency. |
