核心企业领导风格对集群创新绩效的影响——基于费德勒模型的拓展性研究

摘    要:核心企业作为产业集群中的领导者,对集群创新发展具有关键作用,但核心企业的领导风格如何促进整个集群持续创新尚缺乏深入研究。基于费德勒模型内核,揭示核心企业交易型领导、变革型领导与领导情境匹配情况对集群创新绩效的影响。结果表明,核心企业交易型领导、变革型领导与集群创新绩效均具有正向关系;组织间信任和知识权力对核心企业交易型领导、变革型领导与集群创新绩效之间的关系具有正向调节作用,产品模块化负向调节核心企业交易型领导与集群创新绩效之间的关系、正向调节核心企业变革型领导与集群创新绩效之间的关系;在有利和适度情境下,核心企业变革型领导比交易型领导更能促进集群创新绩效提升,在不利情境下则相反。

Abstract:As the leader in the industrial cluster, core enterprises play a key role in the innovation of the cluster, but how the leadership style of core enterprises promotes the continuous innovation of the whole cluster has not been studied in depth. Based on the core of The Fiedler model, this paper reveals the influence of the matching of transactional leadership, transformational leadership and leadership situation on cluster innovation performance. The conclusions are that there is a positive relationship between core enterprise leadership style and cluster innovation performance. Inter-organizational trust, and knowledge power has a positive regulating effect on the relationship between transactional leadership, transformational leadership and cluster innovation performance in core enterprises, product modularization has a negative regulating effect on the relationship between transactional leadership, and cluster innovation performance in core enterprises, a positive regulating effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and cluster innovation performance. Under favorable and moderate circumstances, transformational leadership of core enterprises is more beneficial to cluster innovation performance than transactional leadership; under unfavorable circumstances, transactional leadership of core enterprises is more beneficial to cluster innovation performance than transformational leadership.
