消化颗粒的制备工艺分析及应用

目的探讨消化颗粒的制备工艺。方法以选用颗粒载药量为指标,对消化颗粒的制备工艺进行优选。结果将药材提取2次,分别为30min及20min,加8倍量水;浓缩浸膏至45%水分,加15.0ml乙醇制粒为最佳工艺条件。结论本实验筛选出了消化颗粒的最佳制备工艺,符合《中国药典》要求。

The Preparation Technology of Xiaohua Granule

Objective To find the preparation technology of Xiaohua Granule.Methods Drug-loading rate was selected as quality index to optimization the preparation technology of Xiaohua Granule.Results The optimum processing conditions were extracting 2 times,the first time was 30 min within rice sprout,malt and poria,and then put the dried tangerine or orange peel in the mixture about 10min,and the second time was 20 min;concentrated extractum until it consists 40% water,and use 15.0 ml 95% Ethanol as wetting agent. Conclusion The optimum process is suitable for the preparation of Xiaohua Granule,according to the require-ement of Chinese pharmacopoeia.
