金融生态环境评价与改进

良好的金融生态环境在推动金融业发展的同时也能促进经济的协调发展，因此，有必要探究区域金融生态环境的发展状况与改进措施。本文以内蒙古为例，从经济发展水平、政府治理环境、信用文化基础和地区金融发展四个维度构建金融生态环境评价指标体系，运用多元因子分析和熵权法测算各维度和综合得分，得出该地区2003—2017年金融生态环境动态变化趋势，并对比分析了与国内其他省份金融生态环境质量的差异。结果表明:内蒙古金融生态环境质量逐年提高；与中、东、东北部省份相比，其金融生态环境发展水平仍相对落后，但在西部省份中，其金融生态环境质量具有一定优势。

Evaluation and Improvement of Financial Ecological Environment

A good financial ecological environment can promote both the coordinated development of economy and financial industry development. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the development status and improvement measures of the regional financial ecological environment. Taking Inner Mongolia as an example, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of financial ecological environment from four dimensions: economic development level, environment governance of the government, credit culture foundation, and regional financial development. By using multivariate factor analysis and entropy weight method to measure the dimensions and comprehensive scores, the study obtains the dynamic change trend of financial ecological environment in the region from 2003 to 2017, and compares and analyzes the differences of the financial ecological environment between Inner Mongolia and other provinces. The results show that the financial ecological environment of Inner Mongolia is becoming better as a whole, but it still falls behind eastern, central and northeastern China. But compared with western provinces, the financial ecological environment quality of Inner Mongolia has certain advantages.
