| Abstract: | The potable water security is now the world universal attention subject. The countryside potable water safety project must be the common product which provides by the government. At present, constituting the countryside potable water security persistent effective mechanism have to persist the classified principle, according to the market operation form, implements the government lead, the peasantry participates in and the business management. |
