研究目的:研究和确定当前与今后一段时间土地科学与技术发展战略问题,为土地科学与技术发展方向提供参考资料,也为正在制定中的国家中长期科学与技术发展规划提供依据.研究方法:根据全面建设小康社会和实现国家全面、协调和可持续发展的需求,借鉴土地科学发展战略研究的最新成果进行分析研究.研究结果:分析了中国20世纪80年代以来土地科学与技术发展现状,提出了土地科技发展面临的机遇与挑战、发展的战略思想和战略目标以及战略领域、保障措施等.研究结论:未来20年中国土地科学技术应当发展3大技术体系、4大学科,为社会经济发展和土地管理服务.

Strategy for the Development of Science and Technology of Land in the Upcoming 20 Years

The paper tries to elaborate the strategy for the development of sc ience and technology with respect to land in the future, which will not only act as a roadmap but also provide a basis for the making of ongoing mid-long term national strategy of sciences and technologies. The study was carried out in ac cordance with national goals to achieve sustainable and harmonious development, and to build a moderately well-off society. And it also used latest outputs of land science and technology for reference. Based on review and analysis to the development of land science and technology since last eighties, the paper illust rates the goals, strategy for development, field, challenges and opportunities a s well as measures for guarantee. Three technique systems and four major subject s in land science and technology shall be developed in the upcoming 20 years to serve social-economic development and land administration in China.
