| 摘 要： | 人力资本所有者不可能成为企业风险的真正承担者,非人资本的重要性并没有因为知识经济的兴起而降低,"劳动雇佣资本"型企业并非更具有生命力.因此,"劳动雇佣资本"的命题是难以成立的.
