基于辽宁上市公司的企业经营效率研究

选取辽宁省2018年末在沪深两市上市的45家公司为样本,利用因子分析法将多个投入和产出指标提取为若干个具有明确经济意义的公共因子,再运用数据包络分析法(DEA),从综合技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率三方面对45家上市公司的经营效率进行分析。结果表明,辽宁省上市公司经营效率整体较低;多数企业处于纯技术效率无效和规模报酬递减阶段,存在管理水平不高、资产利用率不高、生产要素投入冗余等问题;纯技术效率无效是导致综合技术效率无效的主要原因,并由此提出改进建议。

Research on Enterprise Operation Efficiency Based on Liaoning Listed Companies

Firstly this paper usedthe factor analysis to extract multiple input and output indicators into several public factors with clear economic significance,selectingthe articles at the end of 2018 in Liaoning province of 45 companies listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen two city as sample.And then it used the data envelopment analysis(DEA)to analyze the 45 listed companies operating efficiencyfrom the comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency.The results showed that the operating efficiency of listed companies in Liaoning province was lower on the whole.Most enterprises were in the stage of inefficient pure technical efficiency and diminishing returns to scale,and there was some problems such as low management level,low asset utilization rate,and redundant input of production factors.The inefficiency of pure technical efficiency was the main reason that led to the inefficiency of comprehensive technical efficiency.
