包容性视角下甘肃省新型城镇化发展水平评价

以包容性为研究视角,基于人口、经济、社会空间、生态四个维度,构建甘肃省新型城镇化发展水平指标体系,利用熵值法、耦合协调度模型及相对发展类型对甘肃省新型城镇化发展水平进行测度评价。研究表明,甘肃省新型城镇化整体发展呈向好态势,但发展过程中存在包容性差-内在发展速度不一致-整体协调性差的问题。提出了以包容性发展为依托,在新型城镇化各空间维度中提供更均等的机会,发挥各子系统比较优势,推动其与新型城镇化同步协调发展的对策建议。

Evaluation of Development Level of New-Type Urbanization in Gansu Province from Inclusive Perspective

Based on the four dimensions of population, economy, social space, and ecology, this paper constructed a new-type urbanization development level indicator system in Gansu province from the perspective of inclusiveness. It used entropy method, coupling coordination degree model and relative develop.ment types to measured and evaluated the development level of the new-type urbanization of Gansu province. The study showed that the overall development of new urbanization in Gansu province was showing a positive trend, but there were problems in the development process of poor tolerance-inconsistent development speed-poor overall coordination. Relying on inclusive development, it proposed the countermeasures and suggestions to provide more equal opportunities in all spatial dimensions of the new urbanization, to give play to the comparative advantages of each subsystem, and to promote the simultaneous and coordinated development of the new urbanization.
