河南省洛阳市新农村建设现状与对策研究

洛阳是历史文化名城。按照中央提出新农村建设要求,河南省洛阳市确定了新农村建设的重点内容。总结了洛阳市新农村建设发展成效,分析归纳了其在新农村建设中存在的十个问题。针对存在的问题,从加强组织领导,扎扎实实抓新农村建设;加大宣传力度,统一认识;积极发展农村生产力,努力增加农民经济收入等十方面提出了相应的对策。最后指出了在新农村建设过程中,各级部门及村民应该做好的工作。

New Rural Construction Status and Countermeasure Researched in Luoyang of Henan Province

Luoyang is a historic and culture city.
