| Abstract: | With China's economy growing, large numbers of rural surplus labors are transferring from traditional farming industries to non-farming industries. Therefore, it could be a matter of significance to make a study of the effect of non-farming industries on the employment of the rural surplus labors, thereby to make proper industrial policies in an effort to promote the transferring of the surplus labors. |
