高职院校教学团队带头人的角色定位研究

摘    要:对高职院校教学团队带头人的内涵、现状与定位进行了分析和研究.试图用组织学理论、群体动力学理论探索高职院校教学团队带头人的合理角色定位,以便尽快建立一支具有过硬的素质、均衡的结构、高尚的师德、较高教学水平和较强实践能力的教学团队,推进提高整个教学团队的绩效,高效地完成团队的目标.

Abstract:This paper makes a research and analysis on the connotation,the situation and the role positioning of teaching team leaders in vocational colleges.It aims to explore the reasonable role positioning of teaching team leaders on the basis of organizational theory and group dynamics theory so that a team which is of high-quality,balanced-structure,noble morality,high teaching levels and strong ability of practice will be set up as soon as possible for the purpose of improving the performance of the whole teaching team and achieving its goals effectively.
