| 摘 要： | 产业结构的变化受到多个因素的作用,就业结构是影响产业结构变化的重要因素,劳动力因素也是影响产业结构的最为关键的要素之一,而产业结构是影响经济增长的核心因素之一。在深入探索无锡市产业结构与就业结构相互影响分析的基础上,不难发现无锡市目前和今后将面临产业结构的调整,因此要采取一系列有效措施,实现产业优化,提高就业质量。

| Abstract: | The industrial structure is one of the key factors affecting economic growth, while the transformation of industrial structure is influenced by a number of factors, such as the employment structure and labor force, the most vital factors. This paper, after analyzing the interrelationship between the industrial structure and em-ployment structure in the area of Wuxi, points out that because Wuxi city is and will still be experiencing the adjustment of industrial structure, a series of effective measures should be taken to achieve industrial optimiza- tion and improve the quality of employment. |
