| Abstract: | Interest rate marketization will profoundly change the interest rate system and the financial market environment, creating significant impacts on China＇s banking operation and development. From the perspective of commercial banking transforming strategies in the interest rate marketization, the article analyzes the direction to further promote China＇s interest rate marketization, and examines the impacts of the interest rate marketization reform on the interest rate system and the commercial banking environment. It then puts forward suggestions on facilitating the commercial banking development and transformation. |
