| 摘 要： | 随着深交所中小企业板块的设立，我国风险投资将会得到快速的发展，但是风险投资的发展需要一个与之相适应的环境支持，论文通过对美国风险投资环境结构的分析，构建了我国风险投资环境的系统结构。

| Abstract: | Venture capital would make progress in China with the Shenzheng growth enterprise market founded, but the development of venture capital needs support of good venture capital environment. This paper sets up the system structure of venture capital environment in China by analyzing the system structure of venture capital environment in America. |
