| 摘 要： | 美国利用201条款对WTO规则进行游戏。我国和欧盟等8个成员方就美国启用201条款对进口钢材 征收高额关税向WTO申诉。这表明我国已学会按WTO规程办事,同时启示我们要依据我国法律,利用WTO规则 合理保护我国产业。

| Abstract: | With 201, America plays game to the rules of WTO. The eight members of European Free trade Association and our country appeal to WTO because America imposes high tariff on imported steel. This law suit indicates that we can follow the rules of WTO, in the meantime, we can protect our industry according to our law. |
