| 摘 要： | 绩效管理作为企业创新和管理变革的重要组成部分，其运行架构对于烟草企业实施高质量发展和落地战略具有重要意义。通过实地调研和总结研究，从绩效目标和计划设计、绩效辅导和实施执行、绩效管理结果的多维应用等方面总结了烟草企业绩效管理中存在的问题，并提出优化烟草企业绩效管理体系的对策建议。

| Abstract: | As an important part of enterprise innovation and management change, performance management has great significance for tobacco enterprises to implement high-quality development and landing strategy. The problems is summarized in the performance management of tobacco companies from the aspects of performance objectives and plan design, performance guidance and implementation, multidimensional application of performance management results, etc.. The countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the business performance management system were put forward. |
