| 摘 要： | 文章针对GDX2型硬盒卷烟包装机上的小盒钢印机构在生产过程中容易出现钢印号打印深浅不齐、字体模糊、字号错位等产品质量缺陷现象,在分析研究设备特点的基础上,将钢印号由多片圆盘可调式钢印改为单一固定式钢印,并根据固定式钢印的结构特点对钢印座进行了相应改进,该改进设计同时还提高了产品质量的稳定性并降低了材料消耗,提升了设备效率。

| Abstract: | According to the quality issues may appear in steel seal on cigarette box when using GDX2 wrapper machine,including un-regular depth in steel seal,blur or misaligned fonts,based on analyzing wrapper characters,the seal number is changed to single & fixed steel plate from multiple round steel pieces.The new design is proved to have better quality and stability and it reduces the consuming of raw materials and improves the efficiency. |
