高校图书馆个性化信息服务的现状及对策

摘    要:
随着知识经济的高速发展,网络使用日益普及,人们对于信息服务提出了更高的要求。但当前,高校图书馆的信息服务仍存在如下问题:1.信息服务人员业务素质普遍不高,服务用户观念淡薄;2.图书馆人力资源配备不足,严重制约了个性化信息服务的开展;3.图书馆的信息反馈机制不完备,无法及时了解用户需求。因此,为了更好地满足高校用户的个性化信息服务,应树立"用户至上"的服务理念,建立用户信息库;建立高效的用户信息反馈机制;加强馆员的技术学习和研究应用培训,提高馆员综合素质;争取资金援助,走联合之路加快个性化服务系统开发步伐。

Abstract:
Along with the rapid development of knowledge economy and the network popularization,people put forward higher request for information service.But at present,the university library information service still exists the following problems:(1)the service quality of information service personnel is not high,and is lack of the service concept(2) library human resource is short,which seriously restrict the individualized information service development,(3)the library information feedback mechanism is imperfect,so it is unable to understand customers' needs.Therefore,in order to better satisfy college user's individualized information service,it should establish the service concept of "the user supreme",establish user information databases;Establish efficient user information feedback mechanism,Strengthen librarians' technical study and research training,improve the comprehensive quality of librarians,vote financial aid,go up joint road to quicken the pace of personalized service system development.
