建设项目融资方式比较研究

针对建设项目适用的BOT、ABS、融资租赁三种典型的融资方式进行研究、比较,可以看到融资方式在基础设施领域应用中都存有自身的优势与不足。因而在具体应用时,企业不应片面强调哪一种方式,而应根据各阶段具体的情况,选择运用其中一种方式。政府应尽快完善与之相配套的法律和政策,对项目公司进行必要的约束和引导,使项目运作规范化、法律化,以拓宽融资渠道,加快对新型融资模式的探索和实践。

Comparative Study on Financing Methods of Construction Project

Through studying and comparing three typical financing methods of BOT,ABS,and financing lease fit to construction project,we will find their advantages and disadvantages in infrastructure construction.Hence,in practice,the enterprises need choose the method flexibly,not prefer one of them.The government should improve relevant laws and policies to restrict and direct the project companies,consequently,to standardize and legalize the project operation,to enlarge financing channels and to accelerate exploration and practice of new financing model.
