摘    要:
家长式领导产生于华人文化背景下,并带有一定的文化异质性。越来越多的证据表明,家长式领导能很好地解释华人组织的效能。在中国文化背景下,家长式领导、组织公民行为和心理授权三者之间显著相关,且员工的心理授权感知在家长式领导对员工的组织公民行为影响中存在中介作用。
