经济特区是中国特色社会主义自身发展的内在要求,是社会主义建设经验教训的总结,是中国特色社会主义的理论结晶和重要组成部分,是中国特色社会主义的缩影、窗口、实验基地和"排头兵"。经济特区是否具有生命力,关键在于其是否能够适应中国特色社会主义建设的需要、是否具备满足这种需要的能力以及是否能够根据这种需要去不断增创新的发展优势。
