| 摘 要： | 城市空间的扩张仅仅是城市化进程加速的前提,城市社会关系的和谐、福利的公平分享才是城市化的本质所在。我国城市化在经历了空间的快速扩张之后,今后要解决的重点问题是加速人口的城市化进程,进一步协调利益分配关系,实现城市福利的分享和城市经济的可持续发展。
