| Abstract: | Confucianism has been attached great importance in modern management because of the following reasons: Confucianism in essence is humanism, which advocates the values that righteousness and benefit should be balanced, the personality that people should work selflessly for the public interest, and the harmonious relationship that people should seek common ground while reserving differences; Confucianism tallies for the most part with the theories of modern management. |
