统筹经济与环境协调发展是人类必须坚持的绿色发展理念。根据经济监测预警理论,利用因子分析和BP神经网络分别对经济与环境协调度进行测算和预测,构建中国经济与环境协调发展监测预警系统。预警结果表明,中国经济与环境复合系统总体呈不断协调发展的状况。
