基于旋转水雾的降尘除尘研究

摘    要:
在煤矿生产中,各个作业地点会产生大量的粉尘,特别是微细粉尘对人体产生极大的危害。本文针对微细粉尘的特点,提出旋转微细水雾降尘处理方法,分析了其中的工作原理和捕尘机理。并对微细水雾旋转喷头进行了设计,将控尘区域划分成三块:集中喷射区、控制区、临界逃逸区。从而能够达到比较好的除尘效果。

Abstract:
Every operational site has a lot of dust,especially fine dust,will be great harmful to human body in coal production.Against the characteristics of fine dust,propose the method of Rotary fine water mist dust abatement,Analysis the principle and mechanism of catching dust.Rotary fine water mist nozzle was simply designed and Control dust region is divided into three parts: concentrated spray,control,escape the critical area.And dust can be achieved relatively good results.
