新疆人力资源开发问题研究

人力资源是影响新疆发展的重要因素。新中国成立后,新疆社会经济发生了巨大的变化,人口分布格局也随之发生了根本性转变。改革开放以来,新疆人力资源素质逐步提高,但各民族受教育的程度差异仍比较大。本文在对新疆人力资源开发现状及存在问题分析的基础上,提出了加快人力资源开发的思路和措施。

A Study of Development of Human Resources in Xinjiang

Human resources are an important factor in the development of Xinjiang.After the founding of People＇s Republic of China,there have been great changes in society and economy in Xinjiang and in population distribution as well.Since reform and opening,the quality of human resources in Xinjiang gradually improved,but the differences of education in minority ethnic groups is still relatively large.In recent years,the problems of human resource development are inadequate investment in human capital because of the limited government financial resources,quality of education is not high and co-existence of the backlog and lack of talents,and so on.This paper proposes the ideas and measures of accelerating human resource development.
