基于顾客价值视角的第三方物流企业核心竞争力研究

摘    要:以企业核心竞争力理论为基础,运用顾客价值相关理论,从企业能力角度分析构建了第三方物流企业核心竞争力体系,并利用系统分析方法结合实际,提出增强第三方物流企业核心竞争力的对策,为提升第三方物流企业核心竞争力提供一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:At the academic basic of enterprise's core competition, by using the correlative theory about customer's value theories, from the angle of enterprise's ability the article constructs core competition system of TPL enterprise, and by using the way of systemic analysis, brings forward countermeasure and has the definite signification to enhance TPL enterprise's core competition.
