| Abstract: | With the rapid development of Chinese education,more and more college undergraduates enter into the society.The difficult situation of college students' employment has become an important problem in the current society.Therefore,college students have to improve their qualities to process themselves with great competitive competence in the future work and life under the competitive social conditions,which inevitably needs to strengthen the cultural construction on campus and improve college students'comprehensive qualities. |
