| 摘 要： | 回顾了我国森林经理的发展历程,分析了目前森林经理发展中存在的问题和原因,探讨了新时期森林经理的地位和作用,提出重振森林经理、促进森林科学经营的建议。主要结论为:我国森林经理经历了曲折的发展过程,目前存在诸多方面的问题,面临被弱化的局面。其原因主要是我国长期忽视森林经营以及森林经理定位不准,技术落后等。新时期,应采取提高认识,转变观念,健全森林经营的法律法规,健全机构,理顺职能,理顺学科关系,加强森林生态系统经营实践,完善森林经营理论,加强科学研究,提高创新能力,加强人才培养等对策。
