| 摘 要： | 中国-东盟自由贸易区的建立，为我国周边省区的产业结构升级与经济发展提供了优质平台，但就业结构能否顺应产业结构作出相应的调整必然影响到这些地区的产业结构调整的顺利进行与经济发展。通过对产业结构偏离度、相对劳动生产率及就业弹性等指标分析发现，我国周边省区产业结构与就业结构的协调性不强，因此，这些地区必须依据产业结构调整的规律，加强政府的指导作用，建立起就业结构与产业结构相协调的动态机制。
