温拌再生沥青的性能研究与试验

摘    要:沥青混合料再生技术对于中国实现构建节约资源、生态环保的和谐交通具有重大意义.通过对温拌再生沥青混合料中的温拌剂、再生剂进行选型和不同掺量试验,设计RA P含量60% 的温拌再生沥青混合料进行耐久性、耐高温、抗水稳定性等性能研究试验.试验结果表明,采用分散性再生剂结合3种温拌剂的温拌再生技术再生混合料,RA P掺量可提高到60% 以上,混合料性能稳定,能够满足现行规范要求.压实条件好的工况,首选各项性能指标较均衡的Evotherm作为温拌添加剂;而在压实条件比较恶劣条件下,推荐选用击实效果最好的DT作为温拌添加剂.

Abstract:Asphalt mixture regeneration technology for implementation in China is of great significance to construct resource conservation, ecological environmental protection of harmonious traffic.Through to temperature mixing temperature of recycled asphalt mixture mixing agent, selection of regenerant and different dosage test, the RAP content is 60% of warm mix recycled asphalt mixture is designed, and then the durability, high temperature resistance, water resistance, stability performance studies, the application effect of warm mixed reclaimed asphalt technology is verified. The experimental results show that the RAP content of the mixed material can be increased to more than 60% by using the dispersive regenerating agent combined with the warm-mixing regeneration technology of the three warm-mixing agents . The performance of the mixed material is stable and can meet the requirements of the current specifications. The conditions of good compaction conditions are good. When the compaction condition is bad, it is recommended to choose DT with the best compaction effect as the warm mixing additive.
