| 摘 要： | 文章对当前农村金融所面临的困境进行了深入探讨，从银行业金融机构和非银行业金融两个层面分析了农村金融在新农村建设中存在的诸多困境；从农村信用社、农业发展银行、中国农业银行、邮政储蓄银行、农业保险和农村非正规金融等方面提出了整合农村金融的对策，化解新农村建设中农村金融面临的困境，从而推进社会主义新农村建设。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a thorough research on the current rural financial difficulties, especially from banking financial institutions and non-banking financial institutions aspects, analyzing many difficulties in new country construction. Then this paper puts forward the countermeasures to integrate rural finance in Rural Credit Cooperatives （RCCs）, Agricultural Development Bank, Agricultural Bank of China, Postal Savings Bank, Agricultural Insurance and non-formal finance, which neutralizes the difficulties rural finance, faces to promote socialist new country reconstruction. |
