| 摘 要： | 长三角地区代工产业的重要特征是出口导向型代工生产,一直以来产业内在升级动力无法有效建立,产业内源性升级进展缓慢,随着受到国际市场的外部冲击、消费结构升级、产业结构转型等问题的影响,代工模式下长三角本土企业升级问题日益突出。本文详细分析了长三角企业代工模式的形成及特征表现,讨论了企业升级面对的问题,提出以内需增长推动长三角本土企业升级。

| Abstract: | Export-oriented enterprises under OEM model is an important feature of industries in the Yangtze River Delta Area,Endogenous upgrading of export-oriented subcontract industry evolves very slowly as a result of lacking of internal upgrading motion.Also external impact of international market,upgrade of consumption structure,transformation of industrial structure and so on,The thesis analyzes the formation and performances of OEM model,discusses the facing problems,the solution is that promoting local-enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta Area to upgrade on the domestic demand growth. |
