| 摘 要： | 席卷全球的金融危机对我国的影响日益深刻,而应对与此,货币政策手段效果并不显著,因此,财政政策的运用至关重要,是不可替代的政策工具,也蔚为有效。近几年来,对我国应对金融危机实施财政政策的研究很多,主要集中在：应对金融危机,如何选择财政政策;实行什么样的财政政策;如何实现财政政策与货币政策的有效组合;如何提高财政政策有效性;如何降低财政危机风险等几个方面。 |
