| 摘 要： | 2008年美国爆发的次贷危机蔓延至全球,中国经济作为世界经济的一部分,并未独善其身。2007年10月16日到2008年10月31日,我国大盘指数由6124.04的最高点下降到1664.93的最低点。为研究这段期间内江苏省上市公司受金融危机的影响程度,本文从理论及实证方面分析了江苏省上市公司在这段期间内的股价波动情况及经营业绩的变化。

| Abstract: | In 2008,the subprime crisis took place in America has spread to the world.As a part of the world economy,China＇s economy didn＇t possess.From 16 October 2007 to 31 October 2008,the Shanghai stock index had dropped from the highest point 6124.04 to the lowest point 1664.93.To study the influence degree of the listed companies in Jiangsu province of the financial crisis,we researched the fluctuations of the share price of the listed companies in Jiangsu province. |
