| 摘 要： | 本文通过对基于产业集群的供应链系统的研究，定义了产业集群及产业集群供应链系统的概念；结合供应链系统风险的概念，确立了集群式供应链风险的定义，并对其进行了分类，完善了集群式供应链系统风险管理的相关内容。
